i really didn't think i'd make progress, i binged a few days this week. but i also tried to keep up my activity while i still have the pleasure of time before the semester starts.

i received shitty comments from some friends, but i am more determined now to continue. one won't let it go that i lost weight in my chest while the other criticized my gyming it up. and yet... the people who really matter stepped up to show their support. this whole process really revealed people's true colors.

thanks y'all. i'm sorry i'm just commenting back now, i ended up in the middle of a blow up with those particular people! there's a saying i've been trying to keep in mind: "when people show you their real self, believe them." @Queen, you're completely right... i needed new friends!
