Ooh, where are you staying? My friend was just there yesterday and was RAVING about the buffet at Harrahs. I've been there once, and remember it being very good, but the only problem is that Harrahs is not within walking distance from the part of the boardwalk we really like - The Pier Shops and the Outlet Walk. If you are looking for a great place to eat, try The Continental in the Pier Shops - its a tappas restaurant, and super good - been there for a few birthdays. Have fun, and great job on the loss!!! 

We are staying at showboat... its a free room so who am i to complain! It's a further walk to everything we like to do but the exercise will be good! I'll have to look into the continental, not sure what the hubby has planned yet but I can use the suggestion! Thanks!! 

Go to Cesears Pier Mall website and look up restaurants and see which one you like best. I think there is a new Steak place that just opened as well. There is also an Irish pub, a sports bar, and a seafood place. If you do go to the Continental, ask to sit in the back - its all really cook couches and stuff. And we stayed at Showboat once (free room too!) and actually really enjoyed it. It is a bit of a walk to and from the pier mall, but as you said, its exercise! 

Going to look places up to eat as soon as I get home from my office!! I just found out I have a $150 certificate to the spa also, so I booked myself a massage for tomorrow morning at 10am!!!! 

Just a thought - Showboat has House of Blues in it - you should look up to see if anything is happening while your there.
