MANTRA: "Candice, you ALWAYS go up before you go down..."

Just adding to my day.

I went to my Gynecologist today and he told me that he will be doing a Laperoscopy and removal of a fibriod near my belly button (which has been causing me a significant amount of pain for the last 2 1/2 weeks).

This proceedure will be done on Monday and I am pretty certain that I will have to be careful next week with the gym activity since, once again, I am going to be under the knife. This is frustrating because he also told me that the endometriosis can return!

He is going to check things out also in my (woman parts) to see if I need a hysterectomy as well.....groan...

If I do need a hysterectomy, then I will be going through that proceedure 6 weeks later-meaning more surgery! I am so frustrated, but at least they will be finding out what is wrong with me and I will be able to go on with my life......the endometriosis will end.

In the meantime, I will continue on with my diet plan and keep up with the hard work I am doing. It has been paying off too because I have been slowly declining every day for the last week or so. I am very happy about that.

There is no other way to lose it other than to get in a little "elbow grease" and go hard. I just hope that the surgery will just ne a little hiccup.....
