Every time I thought I want " ", nope I like eating healthy I would say and say it out loud , I like being healthy. Kept saying it, in mind and out loud until I really got the urge to go away. Said it to the Lowes cashier when caught him eating corn chips. He thank me. We looked at the ingredients. Corn, Corn oil, and Salt. Then I smiled at myself not giving in. Lie to yourself long enough and you will start to believe it. That is what compulsive/habitual liars do, or habitual/compulsive liars, which ever you call it. They lie so much they believe it is truth. "Lie" to your self long enough and it will become truth.!!!!! About eating good healthy stuff only. Don't "lie" yourself into the grave with bad unhealthy eating and no exercise. Way to go Lana!!!!!!Thank you Jesus.
