A few weeks ago a lady came up to me and said hello. She looked familiar but it wasn't until she smiled did I know who she was. She had lost 60lbs since I saw her last not even a year ago. She told me that she lost the weight by doing Keto (and here I was thinking it was a pill LOL). Altogether she has lost 140lbs and is looking to get surgery to remove the access skin. Since she loves to cook to try to get the funds for the surgery she is making Keto meals for other people trying to help not only herself but them as well on their weight loss journey. It was a no brainer for me. With my new job I have little time for food prep or the gym. So I am on my second week of the meals. And they are delicious for the first time I feel like this is something I CAN DO. I have lost almost 4lbs so I am excited. I will be sure to post my progress.
