woop woop, 'little n often' seems to be the theme! at least its in the right direction! and... not stalling, hope it continues, only one week till my sister arrives home for holiday, so hope i dont do any damage to plan while shes here,.

Nicely done! I agree, little and often is good. I hear that 80% success, done consistently will yield all the results you want. I have been busy with a new puppy, yard work and getting out jogging and walking. I bought new Nike, with the sensor chip in the shoes, so that is really cool! Cheers buddy!

Good for you! You are sooo close. Have fun with your sister! You can have fun and eat right too. You will probably be busy and not have to worry about what you eat anyway. I have the new Nike shoes too and love them! Good motivator.
