I usually don't weigh today, but I have been hungrier than usual these last few days and I thought "I bet I am losing weight" and I did! Now 3.6 pounds away from goal. I remember back when I had SO MUCH weight to lose that just the thought of the consecutive months of dieting would just make feel sad and defeated. But the good news is that the positive changes to your life occur months and months BEFORE you get to goal. So while it will be great to get to goal I have 99% of my fun getting there. And made lots of new friends too. I just want to say how much I appreciate the community here. As soon as I saw my numbers I was like "hey I cannot wait to share my news on fatsecret!"
