Yikes! It’s okay, it’s going to be okay! I started my diet again today. I have a lot of water weight to lose. I had to loosen up my sneakers this morning because my feet were so swollen. I’m feeling really really sick right now 😷 have got to go to work anyway. I don’t know how much help I’ll be, I barely have a voice and I feel like my head is going to explode 😩😖

Feel that way because you started Keto again today or because of going off the diet for awhile? Hope you feel better soon! I am truly happy to see someone that can have a new WoE, that can go off of it for awhile (diet break) and get back on easily. It’s freeing to change things up from time to time isn’t it? 😁 I couldn’t stick with a rigid WoE no matter what it was.

Awww thanks guys. I only made it to 11:30 before I was sent home. I definitely have the flu. Not from keto though. i was already sick and I guess I caught another virus on top of what I already had.

I don't know anything about keto, I just sent in your request to support to get advice on taking some supplements I ordered. I am not really comfortable doing the weight loss supplements.

Awe thanks G! 😄 I decided awhile back that I wouldn’t rush this last 25 lbs. I didn’t think I’d take 5 months.... but oh well 🤷‍♀️ I’m done experimenting for now. Time to stick to what works. For at least a lill while 😬
