It's official, my pants are falling off. I really need to lose 20 pounds so I can fit into the next size of clothes in my closet! Any day now 160s. keto on! remember doing half ass keto doesn't work to get all that energy benefit from being in ketosis. how fast ketosis doesn't benefit you like being in full ketosis. If that is way of eating you chose. that's also reminder for myself. 😁

Congratulations!! If you havent already get rid of everything that is too big. I tried on and organized my closet(s) 14 mths ago by what fit then down to the smallest size I couldnt get into. I donate them and then go in the thrift store and replace with something that fits. For every 5 things I turn in I bring home 1. Having new things to wear every coup,e weeks is what some call a bonus! Having clothes that fit and flatter your body makes it a double bonus.

Gogo girl, lol, all the clothes that are too big have holes in them, I've been throwing them out. I never bought clothes for my fat self . I've been living in the same sweatpants and sweatshirts for two years. they are definitely getting thrown out. I have a friend that has been giving me comedecent shirts well I've been losing.
