Well the gain went away fast, but must of been due to my 3 1/2 hours in a Dental Chair....I had a cracked tooth & replaced with a $900 Crown!
I am not sure if the 2 lbs loss was worth that much. Hehe 😜!!
Debated going to the Gym this morning as my tooth 🦷 Recovery was slow, but too many people said “Do It!!”
I went & paid for it....the class was all Strength Concentration with Chest Press & Deadlift. We all had to work to our 95% MAX with both exercises..........and more:
• Close Grip DB Press 15x
• Band Chest Pull 25x
• Push Ups 20x
• “O” rings 20x
• 3 Rounds of each
Extra Credit: 3 x 20 Hammer Curls
Time to find a “Bag of ICE.”

Too late now, but maybe you should skip the gym until you have had time to recover. Strain is strain... I hope you feel better soon.

SW, thx I was lucky as the pain was minimal once I got my 7 hrs sleep last night. I also came home after the procedure & had a 45 minute nap & this really helped!!

Napping is the perfect medicine. Sometimes during my lunch break I catch a few ZZZ in the car. I feel better in every way the rest of the day.
