Slowly but surely ☺️. Hi Liv & other FS supporters. Have been busy at Dr. appt, get my 1st Chemo & Radiation next week But feeling good. Am back on my inside cycle & doing 20-30 mins daily. Weather's getting warmer & will be walking on the beach shortly. What I'm eating is all healthy & nutrition. Loosing this weight very slowly at Dr.s orders. A couple Dr.s don't want me to loose weight but I believe it's best to get down to a healthier weight. I'm fighting for my life & the odds are pretty high. Treatments will last 12 wks. Then stay on my eating plan, exercise more then back to work (I'm a CNA). Good luck on your journey, believe in yourself. In a year or so am getting a t-shirt that says SURVIVOR. Waiting a year or so for 2 reasons-Dr would have told me the cancer is gone- and this t-shirt will be a med/lg size not the xxl anymore. Wishing y'all the best. I'll work hard on loosing weight, getting healthier & enjoying my long life- day by day 👍❣️

!!!You are AWESOME!!! Attitude really helps! My grandmother actually told the doctors she "had important things to do" so she couldn't die when they said she would. I'll send you all the good juju!!

Got off track during my cancer surgery and gained back some weight. Finished radiation in Nov. so far so good. Prayers for your recovery. Back on FS. I’m a retired RN. Taught CNA’sfor years. Bet your patients will be glad to have you back.
