Heading to the gym now. No personal music today though. My Walkman has been eating my tapes lately (RIP Barry Manilow cassette - you were my favorite workout adrenaline pump 😢), the "stop" button sticks, and the orange foam has almost completely come off my headphones, so I'm forced to listen to the LA Fitness soundtrack of sugary pop music... I hope it doesn't kick me out of ketosis 😲
At least the 8-track in my car still works so I can get motivated with some heavy Beach Boys death metal on the way in and cleanse my auditory palette on the way home with some fast-rocking Carly Simon tunes!
