Just crossed another 10 pound loss goal. I am now working on MY LAST 10 POUNDS!! I find that hard to believe even as I am typing this. 78 pounds down. I was in the grip of decades-long food disorder and absolutely terrible eating habits when I started with extremely low self-esteem. I feel like I have a new chance at life now. Will be celebrating my 63rd birthday this month. Rather than eating and drinking up a storm I will be wearing some clothes that I feel good in and enjoying my family. Paying attention to them not the food! Waking up without a hangover! Swimming in the hotel pool without feeling self-conscious for a change. Well other than being old, but who cares about that! Not me. LOL. Thanks for listening community. I do not often comment but I love to see everyone's entries, meals and triumphs.
