Feeling a little more optimistic today. Drinking the LAST of my 35 cans of Diet Coke right now! Then there won't be any in the house! Going to go load the dishwasher and put a load of clothes in to wash (don't worry, that basket beside the bathroom door will still be quite full enough to cushion any falls!) Just went through all of my FS Notifications! LOTS more to do on the website, though! At least there is a glimmer of hope today!

I'm glad you're out of soda. Maybe because I miss them and don't want anyone else to have them either LOL.

good to hear you are doing better. I was a diet Pepsi addict. So happy I kicked it years ago. I still like the carbonation so I drink club soda. I did have a diet pepsi a little while ago and couldn't finish it, I think they changed the recipe or maybe my taste buds finally said "yuck" :-)

Glad to see you Debbie! I just saw a commercial for Orange Vanilla Coke...and although I could not tell you the last time I had a soda of any kind (besides club soda), I thought I might have to try that! Anyway, it is never easy and you are doing a great job. :D

I now drink La Croix as I was likewise addicted to Diet Coke and red wine before I began this new program. I have not had a drop of either, and it feels very empowering. The LaCroix May be traded one addition for another, but a somewhat healthier option. Don’t know if the switch will help u or not. We your challenge people r here for u
