For the 1st time in 10 weeks I have a zero loss... very very sad today. I know the antibiotics and steriods must be the cause. I had no cheats, stuck to everything. Very dissapointing and discouraging this week. Steriods now done, one more week of antibiotics. I do feel so much better, but knowing the week has been "wasted" for weight loss is not good. I am going to hit it extra hard this week and hope that next Monday I have lost some of this. I still have 13 more lbs. to lose by Christmas to keep with my 40lb loss by then. Will still have about 25 or so more after that, but that is my 1st major goal. I feel very bloated this last week and am contributing that to the medicine. Still feel blessed I made it into onederland. Just need to stay focused and continue to add more excersize to my new lifestyle. I can do this.... for good this time. I notice everyday my new way of thinking when it comes to food. I am turning down things I used to devour and eating smaller portions. Eating my veggies or salad 1st at dinner. Making sure I have more than enough water in me. Only issue seems to be adding more excersize. Please let this next week not be wasted as this past week was.
