Aye All this up and down in weight is confusing me!! Lol I weighed myself when I first got up and I thought I gained weight. Which of course pissed me off since I ate so little and was so freakin busy yesterday, but no! I got mixed up. I think I was still half asleep 😅

Not exactly. I actually feel pretty crappy. No energy, no focus, I feel nauseas from not eating in the morning, and I spend way too much time obsessing about food (what to or not to eat) but I’m still sick I just started to eat carbs again so we’ll see how it goes. I don’t like having to starve myself to lose weight. And that’s what I feel like I’m doing 😒

Well, when you do #Keto you're like the BEST at it Haha! - - However, you raised your carbs and did not respond like I do (I always gain after multiple 200+ carb days even with <2k in calories). So I was like "Hey, looks like her body can allow her to eat bread!". Ok, let's see what happens, you'll figure it out 😁😎
