Sunny 😎 Sunday in SoCal.....I made it back down to 168 through Calorie Counting & Calorie Burning this week.
The February Challenge (Accumulate the Most Points) at the Gym has helped as we all are trying to finish in the TOP 10 each week!!
Today is a “Rest or Recovery” Day, but a number of comrades have already posted more Points to the List!! Might sneak in a run 🏃 or climb the stair master.
Time to enjoy 😊 the gorgeous weather!!

It’s hard to compare....I do not have the expertise on the subject. Most of the grapes 🍇 come from Napa (NorCal), but the Reds made here have the better taste vs the Whites. Wish I could help.

SW3, thx for asking...what’s funny 🥶 is the early morning weather has gotten below freezing for a few days in a row. That has to be a first in a few years. Need to find a warm jacket🧥 !!!

I hope it isn't crappy when I come out there...we just got another six inches of snow and broke the record for snowfall in February...in Minnesota....so I need sunshine!

HCB, the blooms could be delayed due to the rain @ cold weather, but by the end of March it should be pleasant!!
