Did my juice cleanse yesterday so that is always good for a substantial overnight drop. I usually do the cleanse on Monday's so yesterday was tough. I had to sit through my husband having 3 meals and also a movie at the theater with NO popcorn. I still did it and am proud of myself. This morning I'm having one of my fave smoothie breakfasts-anti-cancer, anti inflammatory purple cabbage, dark sweet cherries and banana's. Purple Yum! Have a great Monday everyone.

that looks delicious! I foods with color I feel like it helps enjoy it more, somehow. also very proud of you for sticking with it, I struggle to maintain my deficit when my SO is next to me eating huge amounts 😬 (he does manual labor and needs the calories)

My son needs to gain and I need to lose...daughter feeds us the same food for the most part just different amounts and then his get a dollop more protein and fat to up the calories. He is in amazing shape other than being slightly underweight, unfortunately, I can't say the same! Working on it!!
