Happy Thursday! I had a big water whooosh this morning on the Idiot Box.
Calories in, Calories out. And, watching my macros, too.
I realized I am down 26 pounds from about one year ago. Who knew?

Great job, HCB! Lower the calories, watch the weight fall off (idiot box is sort of like the television in that respect). I've always found that I can exercise till I'm aching and crawling with fatigue, but what I put in my mouth is what really has the impact on the scale and my fat ratio.
