Lol yep. I ate at maintenance 2 days, under two days and over two days last week. Haven’t figured it up but it’ll be close as far as in/out. With being sick a day each of the last two weeks I figured by body would store all it could but it’s surprised me and kept some of it off. Only a pound but I’m not complaining! 120-125 is good for me right now. 2-3 games per week and many days where we are in town for 1-2 meals per day makes it hard to stay 1300ish. I’m relaxing and doing my best to stay 1500 when at home. True maintenance should be 1500-1700 depending on the day so this gives me wiggle room when eating out. Now if I can just convince the family to grab subway instead of McDonald’s then I could eat more food for the same calories lol. Sick of family complaining so giving the diet another break to keep our sanity 😉. It took 9 months to get to 125 so it can take another 9 months to get to 110-115 😁. Can’t wait until summer when I head back to the gym regularly. I’ll be able to eat at a surplus and hopefully gain some muscle. I’ve decided I still want arms like D but I’ll be happy with whatever comes for legs and core and back. Gaining fat around the middle based on measurements but losing a tiny bit around the biceps still 🤪. Legs holding steady. Starting a workout with the middle soon as I do better with a partner and she’s a weakling who shoots a ball from hip or shoulder rather than in front of her. She is 10 and has more endurance than I but also reads me well and calls for a break when I need one rather than when she does for cardio. I’ll do the same for her on weights and things like pushups. Oldest is too cool to workout with mom lol.
