I just wrote a VERY long post about my complete weight-loss story from 1983 through today. As I went to save it so I WOULDN'T lose it before I was finished, I accidentally deleted it! I WILL re-do it all, but for now, for your viewing pleasure, BEFORE AND AFTER pix of (1) me at 302 pounds in 2004 and (2) me at 192 pounds in 2005 (110 pounds lost). Note that RIGHT NOW, I weigh 185!!! I will post a more RECENT "After" picture soon!

You have done absolutely great, what a change. But what strikes me more than anything else is your countenance, your smile. Both of the pictures you posted today have lovely smiles, even the heavier one. I can relate to this friendly person with the fabulous smile. The picture on your bio must have been taken on an off day, or maybe you were stressed or in pain. I could never quite put it together with your posts. You are a wonderful person, and it's so great to see it on your face. The Lord shines through.

@snowwhite100, at your urging, I went ahead and changed my Profile Picture. I was hesitant to use this newest one because it was after I had makeup put on at Sephora. It was on October 30, 2018, so I was over ten pounds heavier in this picture than I am now. Warning, though - this picture is a "best case scenario" picture of what I COULD look like if I actually WORE makeup, which I don't (not for any religious reason or anything like that - just because I never got into the habit, and 64-1/2 seems a little late to start)! I look MUCH older in "au naturale" pictures. I'll see if I can get a good one WITHOUT MAKEUP, and use that for my profile picture. I don't want everyone to think I look this much BETTER than I actually DO!
