I am thrilled that I could use the Rebounder for ten minutes last night even at the gentlest jog, because my leg (actually my bulging disk) is better. Also I was surprised that my husband took out a pair of my shoes from the trash, and gave them to me; and offered for me to go through the big trash can. I'm sure it is the prayers that has gone up for me. Thank you in particular to Debbie Cousins. I only took out a bag of new trash bags, new children's gift, and cans of kidney beans and tomato sauce. There were other things (beautiful sun tea jar, etc) I would have liked to take out but I didn't want to push my luck. I'm not sure where the lid is for the sun tea jar. It would have made a beautiful heavy fish bowl. My pantry shelves are partially empty so I know he has thrown away a lot of maps, pretty gift bags, and utensils, etc. He is bound and determined to throw away more. My craft paints are probably next. I wonder if the Hot and Sour soup and the sauce on the steamed fish with vegetables (ate 1/2) at the Chinese restaurant after church, kicked me out of Ketosis?
