He He He He I feel so giddy this morning! I don't know why but the weight loss is kicking in again!!! I have lost 3 pounds in the past 4 days!!! I am not doing anything special - in fact I have been a little naughty with the diet sodas and sugar free candy, not to mention I had 3 low carb whole wheat tortillas a few days ago! We are moving next week so I will get plenty of exercise this weekend packing. Sticking through the Plateaus has paid off! Have a good weekend everyone!!

Congratulations!!! Yeah, that moving is a major workout. Whatever you are doing...it is working for you. Keep it up. We are all different. Cheers to the new you : )
