All my carbohydrates grabbed a water molecule and jumped ship since yesterday... 3 lbs lost overnight; I'd call that a woosh!
Today is cheat-meal day, so I'll be reintroducing 330g of carbs (plus an extra 500 calories) back into the system, so that'll jump back up in no time 👍👍

LeiLei, loco moco is a a pile of rice topped with a hamburger patty (or two), an sunny side up (or poached) egg (or two), all smothered in brown gravy. Some like it. I find it on the gross side because I'm not a fan of rice or instant gravy. If it were on a potato and made with actual gravy made from actual drippings ... and leave out the egg...I'd be all for it. I think they call that hamburger gravy though and is a whole 'nuther dish! LOL

Same thing happened to me yesterday and last night...I was expecting a big drop and the damn scale went up...I don't get it. Anyway, congrats on the nice drop!

I'm not a Hawaiian at all, as you well know Chris. :) I'm a resident. There is no name for a person who lives in Hawaii who isn't native Hawaiian other than just a resident of Hawaii. And loco mocos are gross :P

Yeah, a mirror is good enough for me too. I'd take one if they offered them for free but I'm not even interested on checking if they do. I'm guessing the University in my town may have the equipment for it but am unsure.
