Oh yes, it's just the delicious food that might happen after the beer. The one thing I don't track is alcohol. It's in a league of its own. I used to get plenty of sleep Chris, but I have a 4 month old and work 3rds...nuff said.

You mean I've been drinking sugar all these years?! 😱 Alcohol may not "burn" quicker, but it's metabolized faster because the body stops everything and uses it first. It's absorbed into the linings of your gi tract almost immediately. So it kinda does get used quicker than a tuna melt. And alcohol is not sugar.. Some may have small amounts, like beer. Straight vodka has zero sugar.  

I would have gained a ton of weight and never been in ketosis if it was sugar. And I drank plenty of beer in those hard core keto days..  

Hahahahaha Foster's The great Australian practical joke. I couldn't even name you a pub that has it on tap mate. PBR is like $35 a 6 pack here, Cooper's sparkling Ale is the best Aussie beer 

I got onto PBR after working with the boys at Nightforce. it's a beer even Robert E Lee would drink I kept getting told hahahahaha. 

The best beers come out of East Asia(Japan) we have the same thing goin' on here with these craft beer labels poping up everywhere. I dispise beer that has a fruity taste lmao.
