Weight is down a bit today. 207.2

Had Fuddruckers for lunch yesterday. 1st day back at work for our full team, and last day to eat out for some of us.

I have a coworker going hardcore on his exercise program. He plans on eating chicken, rice, and veggies from now until eternity (or 12 weeks). He is just mentally imbalanced enough, it may be possible. This is the kind of guy who will take no advice from anyone. Anyway, He has been supportive of me, and besides listening to his weight lifting stories its no problem. Plus, he has to listen to our bike riding stories.

I may bring my lunch a few days during this cycle to join him. The lunch options on base are rough. Sure I can fit it under RDI no problem, but it is not necessarily good choices, and sometimes when I want chicken, there is no chicken.

Another coworker is taking up swimming at lunch. That is basically 3/4 of us getting into fitness. Nothing wrong with that. Still, I think its odd. I wonder why.

Tomorrow, long ride. I am shooting for 30 miles. I found several snacks for the ride (gu chomps and honey stingers). I have my Gatorade and hydration worked out. So it should work out just fine.

I also have researched the replenishment deal. Where I need to intake basically 100 grams of carbs within 30 minutes of getting home. Wild Stuff. Tomorrow I will do it to see how it goes. I usually have a mega crash after noon, which I always thought was from getting up at 5AM. And a bit of a headache and body ache, which has been getting better from hydration elixirs. We'll see how it all comes out tomorrow! I am stoked.

Off to work and study, test at 10AM!
