This gain is over a 7 month period, still I feel miserable about it and I can't get it back off! But I think what happened is that I started drinking bulletproof coffee, daily, and stopped logging my foods. Perhaps if I had been logging them, I would have realized that consuming approx. 20-25gr of fat (albeit "good" fat) in just one cup of coffee probably wasn't a good idea for me. Conceptually, bulletproof is really good, provided you maintain an exercise routine to support it. I did not. When I was on my morning walk today, I kinda went "duh" wondering why this didn't occur to me sooner. It's when I got back to logging my food that I realized what's probably going on, too much fat - regardless of it's status as a "good" fat - is not good for me. So it's turn around time.
