Happy Birthday to me! Happy Birthday to me! lol. Got a great gift in the form of a new low, 205.8!

Rode my bike this AM, went to Amwaj Island and rode around the sea shore as a special treat. Its tough to get to/from, too much road riding. I had a goal of 300 miles this month, and needed 25 miles today to make it, but said F9ck it cuz I need my energy for later.

I took a whole wheat/peanut butter/honey sandwich, and ate half while by the beach. The weather did cooperate, but we are expecting high winds.

In a few hours we are going to Brunch, where a fun time will be had by all! Booze, Food, Music. Probably have way too many beers today, and will probably NOT log it. lol. I cant remember all that. Honestly I will probably pass out on the sofa around about 4PM, lol. Woohoo!

Might go make an egg sandwich to hold me over until later. Lil protein, A-R
