Down 1.6 pounds since yesterday’s 157. I ate well yesterday. Kept my carbs bellow 25 and kept my munching to a minimum. 👍 I didn’t make it to the store yesterday so I’m going to have to eat that nasty kale salad mix again today 😒😪

I agree with cooking the kale: add some good spices and chopped bacon for a yummy dinner!

I made friends with kale, I like the one that has a lemon dressing, probably plenty of sugar though, but most of the time I don't use the dressings that come with the package.

I do hope to see a steady down slope on my weight loss graph! 😍 I seem to drop the weight I gain while “cheating” fairly quickly now. That is one of the best/ scarriest things about keto. I know i can be really bad and then go back to keto. Might seem like a good thing but I want to gain control over my binge eating. I do have way more control but still not enough

Cooked baby kale would probably be good. Today I actually just ate cucumbers and tuna salad 👍

Great job keeping munching to a minimum!! That's one of the toughest things to manage!! Nice loss so I'm glad it paid off for you!! Sorry but I love kale salad mix (mine comes with poppy seed dressing)
