I love eating out but am finding that it doesn’t help my weight loss efforts 😖. I’ve learned that I can’t be so rigid that I never enjoy a meal out with family or friends. I do try to limit them however and go places that I can at least guess the calories. You’ll come back down after a few days 😉

I’ve also been known to share a meal with someone. Now I do my best to divide everything in half, eat half and take the rest home. I can only do this when going straight home however since the nearest restaurant is 20-30 minutes away.  

You.re going awesomely Michelle! Maybe you can ask at beginning of an eat out meal if they can container it for you. It would. Be nicer for you. Whenever you have it at home. There are giant meals everywhere today. Some great comments from everyone. Am going to see the children in the city. And will ask for kids meals and entree sizes.... 

Yes it’s really hard trying to enjoy eating out & socialising without blowing the diet being an oldy I can order senior meals or just ask for smaller meals wherever poss ? If not I stick to salad or veggie dishes ! Does us good to have a Life anyway Lol 😂 

Thats the downside to all these new vegan restaurants, we've been eating out far too often this winter! Love the tips, thanks
