I know what it's like to want to exercise and not be able to (due to injury, though). Hope you beat whatever you're struggling with! 

I'm sure I will, just gets demoralising at times when I feel I'm headed in the right direction, but told nope, I'm not at all. 

Sigh, Just need to find balanced way of living. Balance of eating, balance of exercise... Thing is, I feel fine most of the time, yet told I am not. If you feel fine, it is then hard to believe anything else you're told. Gone through denial, maybe scales wrong, maybe doctors wish to scare me telling me heart under strain etc etc, cutting life expectancy short and my children need me.... Have let things sink in more. Need to keep on trying to get to a healthy weight. Can't trust hunger cues for time being. Need to eat when not hunger and you feel full fast, hard to push through 

Oh wow, it must be really hard to not be able to trust your body like that. May I ask how it's come to that? Have you restricted eating in the past? I've heard having a meal schedule and plan and following it religiously helps in cases of anorexia (not implying that's what you have, but might not sound like such a bad idea if you can't trust your body).
