Oddly enough the fat scale shows me at 35% bf and 27.6% sm. Normally it ranges 36-38 bf and 24-25 SM. It seems I’m always dehydrated no matter how much I drink. But when they pump my veins with fluid I’m hydrated lol. Nurse said there’s no way for me to be dehydrated with all the fluid they gave me. So now I’m wondering if the muscle is really 24-25% like it normally shows or 27% like it shows when I’m truly hydrated. My dr looked at me like I was speaking an alien tongue when I tried to explain and ask him lol. No experience with bf scales I guess.  

Lol i wish they took 10#! Last time he cupped his hand and said this much, maybe 1/2-1# :/. Someone told em he took about 600cc last time, cleaned the junk out of that then added it back in. This time I haven’t heard yet. Not as much swelling and very little pain so I bet he took less this time.  

I didn’t see surgery either! I’ll look for healing ;). Last time I was eating 1100-1300 for the whole month after and ended up losing 5# in that month. I’m hoping for another 5# loss but he doesn’t want me that low on calories. He said 1500 or maintenance. So 1500-1800 but being inactive it could be 1300 for maintenance. I believe he meant do maintenance of it was higher than 1500.
