Getting closer to breaking through to the land of the 150's!!! Very excited. Just finished with a vacation away too. Hotel had a refrigerator and I brought a little cooler so I had some emergency food on hand to spell me as I resisted all of the really high calorie treat foods at dinner. It actually was not that hard because I have kept to this plan for nearly a year now and it is becoming my preferred way of eating. It was a little challenging because I used to equate vacation with totally letting loose around food and drink so it was weird to not do that and instead focus on enjoying other non-food aspects of getting away and seeing new sights.
