Again! KETO/CARNIVORE .. is it my turn to start losing? 💟 😱 I got in the scale twice! 😀 I added Apple cider vinegar and a little mct oil. no way could that have jump started my loss??? ACV really tastes gross in water LOL. WHAT EVER IT TAKES. MY LEGS ARE still so soar from a week ago. and waking up with headaches still. have a great weekend. hopefully tomorrow I'm not up 4 pounds because it was a fluke 😂

congrats, for me it is easier when I took it to just go straight from the spoon or shot glass on the apple cider vinegar and get it over with. I don't take it any more, histamine and causes issues.

Adeweb , thanks, ya, I gave up my low carb "sugar free"drinks because they actually had carbs. I'll try shooting it like baskington, heck it's not as bad as whiskey lol

I do some lime and or lemon juice and stevia. Tastes like lemonade - ish. When fasting I do the same with some cream of tartar and sea salt without stevia. That is not as good 🤢

oh I only do a shot of it in low carb Gatorade. I cant actually drink an entire one, that would be half my carbs for the day! :)

I agree with doing a shot of ACV! It’s so much easier. It doesn’t drag out the torture! Be sure to have a chaser of water nearby.
