*a wave hello from a lurker* Hey, guys! I've found this app inspiring. I think it will work even better if I post more regularly, so I'm going to try. I've spent the last two weeks completely eating the wrong things because we had a housewarming party and everyone brought a ton of bread as gifts: French bread, banana bread, and zucchini bread (two loaves!). We also had some leftovers from the catering, so this all had to get eaten. In addition to that, we had family visit for a few days, so we were eating out every night, and then they left us with an entire cheesecake as a parting gift. Haha! Just when I thought I could get back on track... Anyways, now I am ready to get right back on track. I've actually been missing vegetables!

Nowadays if someone tries to give me food I shouldn't eat, I tell them I will just throw it out if they give it or leave it. I probably wouldn't but it gets people to stop bringing me food as a gift.

I freeze and regift if necessary. Make sure it's from a good baker and you don't give it back to the original gifter. Otherwise, throw it away! 🎁
