I recorded this slight gain as I want to closely track this new diet.
I ate more calories yesterday than my RDI and while I slept well, I woke up to a calf cramp, my first in over a week. I went and had coffee first thing this morning (bad Me) and thought over what was different that might have caused this.

I was really hungry yesterday by noon which is unusual for me, I managed to make it to about 2;30 and I caved and had an early dinner. I prefer to eat earlier but tried to wait for siting down with my husband. I ended up eating a little with him but ended up really not hungry and had a headache after dinner and sleepy. so I definitely ate when I did not need it

I had less caffeine yesterday which I don't think is a factor. I dropped my potassium suppliment to around 250 and I had less salt when I really thought about it.

Oh and the steak from costo gets an A+. I did not know before but they only allow the meat to be in the case 4 days and then they toss it, so fresher meat! big plus when you have a histamine issue
So I upped my potassium to about 350 and will be careful to ensure I get more salt.

Otherwise I feel pretty good, nothing better then a full nights sleep to start the day right.

Great! sleep at least 7 hours is very important 😀, I did not sleep good last night 😞

Me too , and I want to eat a lot when I don't sleep , but I will not let it happen. I am going to try to take a nap today

well today I just can't seem to get it together, drinking coffee all day! self destructive again. waking up with the cramps again upset me more than I thought. forcing myself to do my work, slow but sure

Inspired by your analytics. Another tool in the toolbox is meal composition. Some foods steal nutrients from other foods, and it can play a major role in the value the body gets from it. Find this part a bit complex, but dip my toe in it at present.

I wonder if taking a allergy pill would help? like clearatin? I'm just curious, I know talking meds doesn't fix a problem.
