I still can’t weigh myself due to the cast, but will attempt in the morning. Due to the surgery pain, I have consumed a number of Tylenol pills & unfortunately has caused the one thing we do not want.....basically a backup in the lower abdominal area! LOL 😂

Let’s hope I can cleanse soon! 💩

Good luck with your recovery. It is hard to have sore feet as it really limits your ability to do things.

Awe man hope you get to feeling better soon. Pain meds are the worst! Can’t stand taking that crap. Have fun on your scooter! 🛴🚷 Stay off the foot and you’ll be out of that cast in no time!

old nursing trick. put Vaseline in freezer use melon baller, scoop and roll in cocoa powder. 1 every two hour till results. not the tastiest but it works for pain medication backup.

Why the hell would someone want to eat vaseline? Seriously? It kills pain? How? Makes you throw up and forget about everything else? LOL But seriously...how does it manage to kill pain?
