do you like weight watchers or la weight loss the most. which one do you think works the best? i am supposed to be on la weight loss but cant seem to stick to it and i really dont want to buy anymore bars. i was thinking about weight watchers but wanted to see what you thought. thanks 

If you google "WW core recipes", you can get some good recipes. Also, the WW board has a core board and many people post menu's and recipe's too. It helps to see what other people are eating. Just remember it is eat till you are satisfied, not full.  

Kristian, I like Weight Watcher's much better than I did LA and it is so much cheaper. I did lose 50 lbs on LA weightloss though, so it does work but my center went out of business here in Dallas, TX so I had to join something else to stick to a program. I am going to go back to the Flex plan starting on Saturday. I just can't seem to get the core plan right but I did lose 2 lbs on it over the course of three weeks.
