Im back at again had weight gain due to the medicine they prescribe to me to take for nerve damage. I refuse to gain all my weight back because the medicine is not helping me at all still have tingling and numbness going on. Jus pray Keto can get me back on track. I seen a lot of post where individuals doing Keto have healed some kind of illness maybe can help with my current situations. Thanks for all motivation be blessed

If the med is not helping AT ALL, see your doctor. It does cause drowsiness, especially at the beginning of therapy. The incidence of weight gain is estimated to be 1-3%. I hope you will find relief and continue your weight loss journey. I am a pharmacist. 

Thanks I’m on medicine called Gabapentin 300 three times a day. Headaches muscle aches tingling and numbness is no joke. Only pain medication over the counter.
