Wow! More weight loss. Ketone strip is WAY PURPLE! I have never seen it that dark before. I am really getting excited. The first week I started I took a picture of myself and last night I was scrolling through my pictures on my digital camera and saw the picture. Wow! My face has really slimmed up. My face almost looked swollen compared to how it looks now! I am not having cravings but there is always one certain food that I really want. This week it is a chili cheese coney from Sonic or some frito pie!!! I only get week when I am hungry though. After I eat I don't want those things so bad. Good Luck Everyone!

Oh Amanda you are doing great! I had a few minor slips this week and it has showed on the scales! But worse than that i bought three cadbury cream eggs today! I've eaten two AND had a big glass of milk with them. The third one is going in the bin! That will be the end of the madness!! I'm back on track tomorrow. I've noticed my face has slimmed down also, it feels good doesn't it :) I get these cravings now and again, and you're right, when i eat something they go. I think i've got the eggs out of my system now :)

Great job! I have found it hard to get the ketone strip really dark! But when it happens it is a surpise. My advice for those chocolate eaters is to get some carb sense ice cream bars and eat those for a dessert. Also one piece of sugar free chocolate does work for those cravings.

I love those Sonic Burrito's with chilli and cheese! and they quit selling them apparently a few years ago. Thank goodness!! hahahaha or i'd be at sonic buying one. :) LOL... Keep up the great work!!
