I think I'm finally down a pound from my very lengthy plateau! I've been walking everyday and enjoying being outside. I haven't been on the fatsecret site much, but I am still staying with the program fairly well and I am *SO* glad that it seems like spring may have finally arrived in my part of the world. :) I'm looking forward to getting my bicycle tuned up so I can ride it around more.

I wish I could hit a plateau as good as yours! You surpassed your goal and have maintained your weight so well. No doubt you will get a little more off it that's what you set your mind to do. Great job!

Herbie, you're like a breath of fresh air!! I imagine that finally getting to your weight goal must feel like standing on the mountain-top, enjoying the fresh breezy coastal air! Your chart is awesome!
