aww just stress water, you got this. good luck on the promotion. I need a decent job. I'm stressed always, but what can we do?.have a nice fat cup of coffee and say ahhhhh, ☕

I'm sorry this is frustrating. Thank you for being open with us and sharing how you really feel. We are here with you! Really! I had a really good fasting day yesterday (167 calories / 18 carbs) and this morning I GAINED a pound. For me, happiness always requires acceptance and gratitude :) But, still, I decided I will weigh again on Friday... 

you got this; knock their socks off! 

Deep breathes; you got this! Forget about your body and just show them your beautiful, smart self. 

Stop stressing yourself, take a deep breath, say a prayer and knock them dead! 

Your body is doing exactly what it has needed to do for millennia: stress = danger. It preparation for a fight or flight, it is holding on to everything you've put into your body. Evolution hasn't had a chance to adapt to the very new phenomena of job interview stress.  

May your interview go well today! Whatever is going on, we feel better when we take care of ourselves and follow our plan. That way, when we lay our head on the pillow at night, we can be thankful for another day of blessing.

water -sodium fluctuation 

You guys really lifted my spirits today Thank you so much I appreciate the support. I think I did pretty good during my interview. If I don’t get it I’ll be okay. I’ll be really disappointed but live and let live! Side not: I stoped at Old navy after and bought size Medium shirts for the first time in 6 years!!! I’m still a size 14 in bottoms though 🤦‍♀️
