I'll take it, especially that it's 1. day of period today.

Worst migraine ever yesterday. Pain on the left side and the back of head. 8h in the office was a nightmare - noise, lights.. Came home and went straight to bed. Woke up today still having it, so it's WFH.

It was raining the whole night and pretty heavy, so migraine might be a combo of period and weather, maybe that's why is so severe..

Anyway, have a good day All 👍🙂

It's as miserable as anything out and there's also been an accident on the M4 so all the roads around Reading & Newbury are stuffed. Unfortunately I got to work fine so can't sneak in another WFH day today. I hope you feel better soon!

Oh no😞 I know JUST how bad that can feel.. I’m worse if I do t have extra fluid.. Wishing you a lie down in a dark , quiet room and a speedy recovery 🤗🤗

Hope you are feeling better soon. I'm one of the lucky migraine bods, I get the double vision, jazzy light and colour display but only rarely the pain and nausea but I know how debilitating an episode can be. Big hugs coming your way x

GG thank God I'm alone with my kitten only, so it's relatively quiet and got the blinds down. And yeah, bottle of stawberry infused water next to me! x

Marnie I'm having migraines with aura as well, so visuals are a bonus pack with pain and nausea.. Not fun at all, but this one now is stronger and longer than ever.. x

try turning your phone off. It might be making it worse.
