Lost a pound... hubby ate more and lost 3... you know how that goes but I will not be dissuaded.... I am sticking to it... brave words I hope I can still write to you a year from now... can you tell I'm nervous about keeping this up. Remember the quote 'Comparison is the thief of joy'. We are all different in how are bods work its like comparing a rabbit to a turtle and bashing the turtle for not being as fast. Both get to where they are going, both get to their goal, in the end which is what is important. The only measures that are important are yours and yours alone. You are doing very good things as reflected by the good drop you recorded. Keep the faith, work your plan. You can get to where you want to be. You will get to where you want to be.
