4 days and 5 pounds lost. It is so hard sometimes. I have gone on this diet before and lost 50 pounds and slowly put it back on over 3 years. Once I set my mind to something I am pretty determined/stubborn. I think if I can make it through the first 2 or 3 weeks I will be fine after that. I lost the 50 pounds last time in a little over 3 months. I was about half way to my goal by that time and was feeling really great about myself. I am ready for the energy to come back and the clear skin and confidence I have when doing atkins. Wish me luck - I need some buddies too. All my fatsecret buddies from 2007 seem to have disappeared.
