my weight has been a constant 154 for the last three days, i am not sure why as i have stuck to the diet 100%. i am not losing but i am not gaining either.

Are you losing inches? Sometimes our bodies need to readjust to the new weight. You have lost a lot recently and give your body some time to readjust. The closer you get to your goal, the slower you should lose so that you assure you will keep it off. Keep the faith. You're not doing anything wrong, just be patient with your body, it is natural to stall a little once in a while. If your stall lasts more than a month, then see if you can do something, in the meatime, just stick to the plan and enjoy the food you can have.

Because our bodies don't lose weight every single day. People who have alot to lose may lose every day for a while, but the less you have to lose the slower it will come off. Most experts recommend weighing in once a week because people become frustrated with the scale. Our bodies are made up of 60% water. So depending on the food we eat and drink, our hormones, sodium intake, and other factors, the scale will go up and down like a roller coaster. Staying the same can be a good thing. If you are staying faithful to the plan, it should come off. Staying the same can also be the bodies way of dealing with weight loss. Have patience!
