214.6 today. Not to shabby.

Looking back at the month on my calendar, I am in good shape. Lowest for a Tuesday after my mini plateau at 216. Sounds familiar.

Still excited and worried at the same time about my upcoming 5 day weekend. I do better on my routine at work. Maybe I will come eat lunch at work the next few days, lol.

Today is the last day of my workweek this week, off until Monday.

Want to start biking again tomorrow. My legs do still have some soreness. More troubling is the numbness in my fingers. My right arm feels real weak when I am writing, typing, and picking up stuff. Like I messed up my shoulder somehow. Not so much pain as numbness. It is getting better this week. There are lots of issues with hand pain and biking. I have good gloves, but I have accepted the fact my bike does not fit me right. It is way to big for me, and probably makes me stretch out improperly.

More motivation to get down to 200 so I can get a new bike!
