Last night, I definitely dropped off eating well, what with all the booze and fast food. This morning, however, I made up for it with a great cardio session, so all's good. I won't make my goal of 50 clean eats this month, but that's alright, because I will have made 48 (close), and I made my weight lifting and cardio goals. That means I ate bad 5 days this month - a personal best. Next month, I'll try to get less than 7 unhealthy half-days.

I made 3 miles in 30 minutes today - 3 10 minute miles.
On top of all this, something is really baffling me. Day before yesterday, I weighed 141 lbs. Yesterday, I ate about twice my usual calories, and this morning I'm down to 140.3 lbs!?!
