Well today is the first day of my diet and getting closer to my weight loss surgery the gastric bypass. Have to go through 6 months of doctor supervised diet before she can write a letter saying I need the surgery or referral. I haven't got to talk to kelly yet but I hope she will do this for me since she is my primary care physician. I have had a good day so far Perry hasn't been here so all is good I am not nerved up yet and upset that is when I want to eat. Yes, I am an emotional eater (sucks) but have to try and break that cycle as well. I have to learn to love myself and keep pushing and try to figure out how I want things to go in my life. Me and my youngest daughter (Schylar) went for a two mile walk I didn't think I was going to make it back to the house but we did I made it. (Yay :) ) Smile well gotta go will write again tomorrow.
