Yeah.. Hit the 63kg mark already. I am down 6kg since I started end of August 2010.

I have a wedding dinner to go to on saturday and a party to go on Sunday. I am a little worried.. Why worried? Cos I am afraid to hear pple say I am fat. I am going to my Secondary School Friend's wedding.

You know how you have not met someone for years. When you know the person, you were like 60kg. Then over the years, you put on the weight and the other person never know about it. Then now you have lost the weight.. but the other person does not know and still remember you as the 60kg girl.. then when the person meet you after all these years and you are 63kg already. To the other person, you have gained weight.
I will be very upset if I hear anyone say I put on weight. X fingers and will update what happens over the weekend!

Today I have decided to post a very "unglam" picture of myself as my avatar. This is to remind me how horrible I look in pictures when I was 4kg heavier from what I weigh today.

I think I am still young (29 years old) so I must really put in all my heart in losing weight and not be overweight for the rest of my life.
I have only been slim once (at about 58kg) but that did not last for long. once I started working, I put on like 10kg in 2 years. So upset.
i dont want to look back at my life when I am old and start to regret why I did not try harder to lose weight.

There are so many pretty clothes out there.. I can afford them, but I cannot fit into them. This is such a shame.

This time, I feel I am really serious about it. I am eating so well and the choices I make are so sensible. I am shocked at myself that I can resist so many different types of food right in front of me.

To start is the hardest. Now I am in my 5th week of dieting, (lost only 4kg, but please with it) but I can feel so much difference. Inside of crap food, I am actually craving for veggie and fruits when I am hungry. Never will this happen to me 5 weeks ago. I would go straight for the high carb or high sugar food.

Sometimes I wonder why my weight lost is so slow when I exercise (like 4-5 times a week) and eat "correctly". Well, I will not give up. Maybe I just need a bit more time and I will see my weight melt away!
I think exercise is crucial. I need to do some changes to my routine. I think they are starting to get a little easy.. haha..

Look forward to weigh in tomorrow morning. I hope to see 65.8kg MAX..Anything below that will be a bonus. I have been seeing 66.x kg for the longest time. 2 weeks to be exact.. it is time to see new numbers!
